Resource Hunter is a powerful RESOURCE EXPLORER for Windows executable files.

You can use Resource Hunter to VIEW RESOURCE , EXPLORE RESOURCE , SEARCH RESOURCE and EXTRACT RESOURCE from any Windows PE format files, such as EXE, DLL, OCX, SYS, AX, SCR, DRV etc.

Resource Hunter supports animated cursor, cursor, icon, bitmap, JPEG, GIF, PNG, accelerator, dialog, menu, string, version, AVI, Wave, MIDI  and other resources.

Explore the resources
  1. Integration into Windows shell, you can copy image of icon displayed in Windows Explorer or on Desktop, and quick access to the DOS Prompt in the requested folder.
  2. Explore the resources of PE files just like using Windows Explorer without opening files one by one any more.
  3. Browse bitmap, JPEG, GIF, PNG, icon and cursor resources in thumbnail mode.
  4. Search icon, cursor, bitmap, JPEG, GIF, PNG, animated cursor, AVI, Wave and MIDI resources of all Windows executable files in a folder.
View icon resource image
  • View icon resource image, extract icon resource as a Windows icon files (*.ico), copy icon image to clipboard.
  • View cursor resource image, extract cursor resource as a Windows cursor files (*.cur), copy cursor image to clipboard.
  • View bitmap, JPEG, GIF and PNG resource image, extract as a graphic image file (*.bmp, *.jpg, *.gif, *.png), copy image to clipboard.
  • Play AVI, Wave and MIDI resource directly; extract AVI, Wave and MIDI resource as a media file (*.avi, *. wave, *.mid).
