Boilsoft 3GP/iPod/PSP/MP4 Converter 1.21 Released! fixed using amr wb audio codec to encode 3GP issue. add the more audio sampling 32000, 44100, 48000 to mp4 format. improved avi decoder -- the audio and video sync issue. fixed bug --  resize the video will crash sometimes.
